I guarantee you will love your new look! However, if you are not happy or have any concerns with the lash service you received, let me know within 24 hours after the service and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge during the earliest available time-slot
BOOKING
To book an appointment with me for your lash extensions, fill out the form on the Contact Me page.
CANCELLATION
I understand that things come up! It happens to all of us at some point, but please kindly let me know 24 hours in advance!
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds on services or gift cards. There is however, a satisfaction guarantee on all of my lash extension services.

If you experience an allergic reaction to my service, please contact me immediately for assistance!
**Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, I will remove the lashes free of charge**
LASH APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
3. Avoid contact with water and steam for 2 hours following your applications.
4. Avoid lash tinting before getting lash extensions done. Tinting will prevent the extensions from properly adhering to your natural lash.
5. Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on, in or affecting the eye area in advance.
